This is a painting by Jean-Honorore Fragonard. His work is amazing , well at least to me. Although when he was a painter in the  17^th-18^th centuries his work was not appreciated. This I don’t understand because it just looks so beautiful to me. It is apparent that the lady Is holding a musical instrument and on some clouds. So maybe this is what heaven is supposed to be like. Or maybe this was the ladies real passion: music. And just maybe when that person played the music it was so beautiful that it made it seem dreamy. Or maybe this lady and the child where jus fragments of his imagination.

I did not get this artist’s name, but I thought this picture was interesting well for one it kind of reminded me of the titanic. But the other reason is most pictures back then were of naked women with pubic hair. This lady had none. I really wonder why because I remember it was a paintinf=g from like the 18^th or 19^th century. And she looks kind of pregnant. Maybe that’s why she is holding her belly?
